Too Faced - I placed an order but did not receive and was billed
I ordered one mascara on the 24th of November. It states I would not be charged until order ships but I was charged on 25th of November but as of November 30th, I have not received my order or heard from Too Faced Cosmetics. I tried to check status online but my order number seems to not exist. I have been calling t cannot reach anyone as they keep you waiting to connect. I am very disgruntled about being robbed of my money.

Too Faced held up my confirmed and shipped order due to a $28 pricing order. They did not notify us of the cancellation or refund money. Only after several misleading customer service emails did we discover that orders were returned to warehouse. Took over a month to receive refund. Will never buy another Too Faced product again.

I placed an order for foundation to my address instead of my friend's address. So, I contacted customer service for return label because I couldn't find the order number on the website. I've contacted thrice and they say the same that they'll email the return label but won't do. It's been 5 months. Ugh ! Terrible customer service. Will never order again

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. I waited over two weeks for my items to be delivered and now they shorted me on an item and said they refunded me when they didn’t. I am beyond upset and the lady that I spoke with would not do anything to rectify this experience. They have lost my business forever. You would think they would honor a long time customer like myself! Also not truly cruelty free since they were acquired my Estée Lauder! Seriously horrible service and experience.

Be mindful of YouTube reviews

A YouTube beauty influencer name Rachelle Diamond really trashed the new neutral eyeshadow palette. She claimed she received it as a PR gift to review on her channel. She said she didnt like Too Faced and did a horrible demo. I would advise Too Faced to remove her from the PR list and give it to someone else more worthy and would appreciate it.

I love Too Faced and placed an order online. When I did this I paid with PayPal and forgot to change my mailing address. This 100% was my fault. I called Too Faced and they told me after the order is placed there’s really nothing on their end that they can do, so I should contact the shipper. At this point that’s fair. I contacted UPS and after trying everything they told me my only other option is to have the sender (Too Faced) contact them to change the address. Too Faced was I willing to call the number that UPS provided for me for them to change the address. This is where I feel disappointed. This is customer service. I both work in retail AND I am a small business owner. You go above and beyond for your customers. Sometimes it’s not your fault as a company and mistakes happen; when solutions are provided you just make it right for the customer. As of now, my package was delivered to the wrong address, and in someone else’s home unless they are honest ppl and I’m out $35. Will I buy from Too Faced again...against my husbands wishes after this lol, yes. I’m I disappointed in their customer service...equally so.

This is the email I sent to which I never got reply: Ordered from your big sale, only one item was sent out all others missing. I never received an email letting me know you weren’t sending me my items. You’re incompetent Customer Service said you guys won’t even try to ship them, that I have to place a new order but I can’t do that because they are not the price that they were during the sale now. Complete Idiocracy. Not to mention it’s taken three weeks to get my order, and you guys should know if you have something in stock or not on the website when you’re selling it. This is bs and I’m gonna make sure everyone hears about it. Order # TF0250****. I’m not OK with a solution that you’re just going to refund me for the rest of the items it’s already been three weeks, I cannot re-order them at that price and I expect these items shipped out to me as you have them in stock. I missing the born this way concealer and fair, and the sweet sexy and two-faced eye set which I ordered two sets of that. You need to make this right!!!!! They have not refunded me they have charge under authorization, PayPal is now involved. I have other friends who ordered and they called recently and said you’re not even picking up the phone. I purchased items during a great sale on August 31st. On 9/10, the site said my order was "still processing." I mean WTF?!

I received my orders from Glamlite, BH Cosmetics AND Colourpop Cosmetics within a two week span and STILL nothing from Too Faced!! I spent over $100 on their products!! They will NEVER get my money again!! Ever!

Do NOT buy directly from them! They're TRASH!

I ordered the first day of the sale and never received updates. Monday they emailed me back saying here is your FedEx number and hey one item is missing we will refund you (remains to be seen!).

1) The did not add my apt number to Fedex so they could not find my place. They attempted to deliver 9/13 - last Friday! I got in touch with them for hold at the local FedEx location. We shall see what was actually shipped....

2) I paid with PayPal. They said that is a hold (no way with Paypal - this was long deducted from my bank account!) - and that the "final charge" will be adjusted. That is utter BS. Once I have my package and inspect what is missing, I will work with Paypal on my refund.

In all, their website is not able to handle a sale.

The credit card payment was broken, they do not work their refunds, and do not remit apartment numbers to Fedex. If I ever buy their product again it will be at Sephora.

You won't get the orders either. Well, you will, but nothing will be in them.

I ordered in the morning the very first day. Finally just arrived, but everything except the "freebies" was not included. I called and was told their system couldn't handle the sale and almost everything was oversold. Yet, was never notified and did not get a refund.

I asked, and said they would be working on a refund but couldn't tell me when. I'll be contacting my bank - what a joke.

Wanted to cancel an order, but since the customer service number was closed for the night, I sent an email to customer see the same night the order was placed so as to cancel it before it was too late. Got no response for two days. When they finally responded, it was to tell me it was too late to cancel the order. Very frustrating because I tried to contact them immediately after the order was placed to cancel it but couldn’t get a hold of them.
