New ReviewerI ordered sweet peach palette during the 50% sale period on Dec.25th. It has been forever but they still haven't shipped anything.
I emailed them and got a reply after 3 days. They told me my order was cancelled because the product is out of stock now. But I checked their website that product is clearly in stock right now !!!! WTF.
And I never got any emails or update on the website about my order status at all. How can they just cancel your order without notifying you and the product is clearly in stock !!!
They just want to sell the palette with the normal price. Then why the *** did they ever put it on sale?
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $73.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Same prob. I ordered on the 17th and have received items from companies with standard shipping/processing timelines.

I had this same issue and then got an email that it shipped yesterday and they took the money out of my account. Iโm going to wait a few days and then see if it arrives. If it doesnโt then I will be contacting them to get a refund!
I just got my package a few days ago and I finally had time to open the package... I ordered a lip set, peach palette and white chocolate bar but they only sent me the lip set.
They have already billed me for everything. I don't know what to do because I am from Hong Kong.
I cant even make a return! Hope that they will reply me ASAP.
